Hi, I am Rhodie Bear, my service number is RB003.

There were four recruits in my intake. We have all passed out. Three recruits were deployed to new bases in New Zealand and I am heading to the USA.

Look carefully and you will see that I am wearing 1/6^th size Rhodesian pattern camo. I also have a 1/6^th size Rhodesian General Service Medal ribband bar (which is hand made using the same colour thread as the real RGSM ribbon). I also have miniaturised dog tags. Kitting us out was a really hard job because we are so small, but in the end we feel very special because we are unique.

Our intake was an experiment, if there is sufficient demand, then a new intake will be set up, so if you would like a Rhodie Bear like me please write to thecqstore@rhodesianservices.org

Each Rhodie Bear has dog tags and a Rhodesian General Service Medal ribband bar that is 6mm wide (that is 1/6th the size of a real one), hand made with a metal base and cotton threads)
